It is our privilege to share exciting news with you, our valued clients, regarding RESERVE STUDY services.

As of April 15, 2019, the reserve study services portion of our firm has been sold to HART PROPERTY ADVISORS INC. of TENNESSEE. Many of you know and have worked with Andrew Hart, EIT, RS, for the past several years so you will understand why it is with much excitement and goodwill that we want to introduce you to his new firm which will specialize in reserve studies and related capital planning services.
