About Hart Property Advisors
With over 260 reserve studies completed, Andrew and Samantha Hart began HPA continuing the Reserve Studies Service of Onsite Engineering. The reserve study component of Onsite Engineering to begin their own small business. They met while studying Concrete Industry Management at MTSU, both attending on full scholarships. With their solid concrete foundation, they’ll celebrate 10 years of marriage in August. Their daughter Petra joined the team in November 2018.
HPA is a member of the Tennessee Chapter of Community Associations Institute and Association of Professional Reserve Analysts.
Andrew Hart

Andrew is a certified Reserve Specialist with a civil engineering background. Professional and easy to work with his aptitude for quality control which led him to the detailed nature of reserve studies. He worked for Onsite Engineering as an Engineering Technician for the last 7 years, completing over 260 reserve studies. He has a degree in Concrete Industry Management from Middle State Tennessee University and has completed his Civil Engineering degree.
Samantha Hart
Owner, Operations Manager
Samantha is a native Nashvillian committed to sustainability, education, and smart growth of our great city. At HPA, she manages the customer experience and is committed to making the process as smooth as possible. A natural leader, she has spent her career in construction management and sales. She has a degree in Concrete Industry Management from Middle State Tennessee University and a Graduate Degree from the Institute of Sustainable Practice from Lipscomb University.
